These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all Tadoba safari bookings made through Incredible Tadoba. Please read them carefully before confirming your travel plans. Our goal is to offer complete clarity, fair policies, and a seamless booking experience aligned with Maharashtra Forest Department guidelines.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

• “Incredible Tadoba” – Our travel agency specializing in wildlife holiday packages.
• “Safari Expert” – A travel adviser employed by Incredible Tadoba.
• “Agreement” – Refers to the Customer Booking Form and applicable quotation with these terms.
• “Package” – The itinerary sent with estimated costs of safaris, accommodation, and transport.
• “Credit Note” – A document allowing future use of advance payment as per cancellation terms.
• “Deposit” – Payment made to confirm your booking.
• “Force Majeure” – Any extraordinary event beyond our control.

2. Securing Your Tadoba Safari Booking

• 70% of the package must be paid at the time of confirmation.
• The balance must be paid 15 days before your travel date.
• Higher deposits may apply during peak season or for custom packages.

3. Availability and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability, including safari permits, accommodations, and transportation. Gate access is assigned by the Tadoba online portal and is not guaranteed for any specific zone.

4. Advance Payment

An advance payment is required to confirm your Tadoba safari booking. This amount is non-refundable and may include premium charges from vendors and the forest department.

5. Safari Permit Policy

Once issued, safari permits cannot be cancelled, changed, or transferred. Participant names and ID proofs are locked and verified at the forest gate. Any incorrect detail may result in denied entry.

6. Tadoba Safari Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If safari permits and resort bookings are confirmed: no refund is applicable.
• If cancelled before confirmations: 5% deduction on the total package.
• Standard cancellation slabs:
  • 0–15 days before check-in: 100% cancellation fee
  • 16–29 days: 75% cancellation fee
  • 30+ days: 50% cancellation fee

7. Credit Note Policy

• Credit Notes are valid for 1 year from the check-in date.
• Not valid on long weekends, Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas, or New Year.

8. Pricing Policy

• Prices are estimated and may vary depending on forest regulations and vendor updates.
• Seasonal surcharges may apply during festivals and holidays.
• Final invoice may differ from the original quotation.

9. Understanding Tadoba Safari Gate Allocation

Gate and zone allocations are system-generated by the Maharashtra Forest Department. While preferences are noted, they are not guaranteed. Our team ensures best possible outcomes for your safari experience.

10. Changes to Tadoba Safari Bookings

All changes are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on timing, vendor policies, and forest department rules.

11. Travel Insurance

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance that includes medical emergencies, cancellations, and weather-related delays.

12. Health and Safety

All travelers must be fit for forest travel. Disclose any medical conditions in advance to help us prepare accordingly. Pregnant guests and children under 5 are advised to consult a physician before safari bookings.

13. Code of Conduct in the Jungle

• Follow forest department and guide instructions strictly.
• Maintain silence and avoid sudden movements during sightings.
• No drones, loud music, or littering is allowed in the reserve.
• Flash photography is prohibited during wildlife sightings.

14. Confidentiality

Your personal data is securely stored and shared only with trusted partners (guides, hotels, forest permit offices) for fulfilling the Tadoba safari booking experience.

15. Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify Incredible Tadoba against any personal injury, loss, or claim arising during your trip. All legal disputes are subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.

16. Acknowledgment of These Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking through Incredible Tadoba, you agree to abide by these Booking Terms and Conditions. These are applicable across all packages and zones.

17. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

• Can I change my safari gate? No. Safari zones are auto-assigned by the Tadoba online portal and cannot be changed.
• Are refunds possible? Refunds are only possible if no bookings (permit/hotel) have been made. Otherwise, cancellation slabs apply.
• Is ID proof required? Yes. Carry the same government ID used at the time of booking.
