Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Incredible Tadoba, all bookings are confirmed service experiences involving government-issued permits, third-party arrangements, and fixed timelines.

Because of the nature of jungle safaris, returns and refunds are limited and subject to strict rules. However, we’re committed to helping you whenever possible.

Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 1 day of booking confirmation, provided the safari permit has not yet been issued.

Refunds & Cancellations

Confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable once permits and accommodations are secured.
Refunds may be offered only in the following cases:
- Government cancellation of safari permits
- Park closure due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, wildfire)
- Booking failure on our end (e.g. double bookings, technical errors)
All refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
No restocking fee or handling charges apply.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Date Reschedules (Exchanges)

You can request a reschedule at least 30 days before your check-in.
Changes are subject to:
- Zone and safari availability
- Permit status
- Accommodation partner policies
We offer one free reschedule. Additional changes may incur a handling fee.

No-Show & Late Arrivals

No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.
Safari timings are strictly regulated by the Forest Department and cannot be delayed.
